The Central Bus Station (CBS) in Sofia, Bulgaria is the main station in the area, a primary hub for national and regional transit. Built in 2004, it covers a total area of over 7,000 m2.

It is the first floor that has been refurbished and Fondovalle played a key role in the project, supplying ceramic flooring products to cover around 3000 m2. The need to combine aesthetics with engineering, creating comfortable, modern spaces that, at the same time, guarantee resistance to foot traffic and wear, as well as ease of cleaning and durability, is answered by Fondovalle porcelain stoneware and the Portland series in particular. CHOSEN in the Helen and Lassen colour options and the 80x80 cm size for its high textural impact.
