Environment and Quality

As member of the Italcer group, Ceramica Fondovalle adopts a systematic procedure for testing, measuring, and monitoring the performance of its production and management processes, as demonstrated by the various environmental and safety certifications obtained over the years testifying to compliance with applicable legislation. This growth pathway has enabled the company to contribute to sustainable development, while also operating responsibly and transparently in its relationships with society and the environment.

ISO 9001:2015
Certification

The philosophy of Ceramica Fondovalle has always been geared towards delivering technically advanced products, offering superior quality and unrivalled aesthetics. The company has chosen, voluntarily, to obtain UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 quality system certification to demonstrate its commitment to global quality at the service of both its customers and its employees, through a set of actions guaranteeing maximum safety and effectiveness. ISO 9001:2015, developed by the International Organization for Standardization, provides guidelines and rules for the establishment of universally recognised standards, with a view to achieving continuous process improvement. With this certification, Ceramica Fondovalle constantly guarantees products and services that meet and even surpass legal, regulatory, and customer requirements, by identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, and increasing credibility through globally recognised performance.

Environmental Certifications

Italcer adopts and maintains a systematic process for verifying, measuring and monitoring the performance of its environmental processes, which ensures compliance with mandatory requirements, allows for the review of management status and enables appropriate corrective and preventive actions to be taken to overcome any critical issues identified. The adoption of an Environmental Management System certified in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard and EMAS Regulation, an Energy Management System and other environmental standards are significant steps in a process of growth through which we want to contribute to sustainable development and transparent and constructive dialogue with stakeholders.
